We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
How to return
Once your order has been delivered, a return option will appear in the "My Account" section. From there, you can create a return shipping code and send your package back. Items sent back without first starting a return through your account will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@tewgy.com.
